  2. General conditions of use of the website and services offered. The use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, so users of the website are invited to consult them regularly. The website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Todmarket may decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance reasons and will endeavor to communicate the dates and times of such interventions to users in advance.   6. Limitation of liability.
    Todmarket may not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the website, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
    Todmarket may not be held liable for indirect damages (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from use of the website.
    Interactive areas (possibility of asking questions in the contact area) are available to users. Todmarket reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular provisions relating to data protection.     In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

    In any case, Todmarket only collects personal information relating to the user for the purpose of certain services offered by the website.     No personal information concerning the user of the website is published without the user’s knowledge, nor is it exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only in the event of the purchase of Todmarket and its rights would the said information be passed on to a potential buyer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to preserve and modify data vis-à-vis the user of the site.
    The site has not been declared to the CNIL, as it does not collect personal information.
    Databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases.
  8. Hyperlinks and cookies.
    The website contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with Todmarket’s authorization. However, Todmarket is not in a position to check the content of sites visited in this way, and consequently accepts no liability in this respect.
    Browsing the website may result in the installation of cookie(s) on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the user to be identified, but which records information relating to the browsing of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing of the site, and is also used to measure visitor numbers.
